The RYA VHF
including GMDSS marine radio operator qualification authorises the holder to
operate a VHF radio fitted with Digital Selective Calling on board any British
vessel which is voluntarily fitted with GMDSS VHF DSC radio equipment.
Learn how to use a Marine VHF and Digital Selective Calling equipment,
Emergency Radio equipment (EPIRB & SARTs) and Routine, Distress and Urgency
voice procedures.
